Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Crescent Consumer Brands LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company doing business as Perkora ("Perkora," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Perkora Hometown Savings Pass, our websites, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
From Savings Pass customers
- Information you provide: your name, email address, and, if you choose, your phone number and the amount of your service purchase.
- Pass and redemption activity: the store where your pass was issued, when it was issued and expires, which offers you redeem, when, and the savings recorded.
- Sign-in information: we use your email address to send secure sign-in links. Your browser stores a sign-in session so you stay logged in to your pass.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting providers automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
From participating businesses
From Store Operators and Merchants, we collect business and contact details, logos and offer details, billing information, and records of electronic agreement acceptance, including the signer's name, title, IP address, and time of acceptance.
2. How we use information
- to issue and operate your Savings Pass, show you available offers, and record redemptions;
- to send you sign-in links, pass-related messages such as expiration reminders, and service notices;
- to bill participating stores, which pay Perkora based on passes issued;
- to prevent fraud, misuse, and duplicate passes, and to keep the Services secure;
- to understand how the program is used and to improve it; and
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share information
- The store that issued your pass. The participating Store Operator can see your name, email address, phone number (if provided), pass status, and redemption activity for passes issued at its locations. Store Operators may use this information under their own privacy practices.
- Merchants. A Merchant can see redemption activity for its own offers, such as the number, dates, and amounts of redemptions. We do not give Merchants your email address or phone number.
- Service providers. We use companies that host our websites and database and deliver email on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Perkora, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Perkora is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in and for the Services to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
5. How long we keep information
We keep pass and account information while your pass is active and for as long as reasonably needed afterward to operate the program, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Records of pass issuance are billing records and are retained for accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete or de-identify your personal contact information, except where we must retain it by law or for these records.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us.
- You can ask us to stop sending pass reminder emails. We may still send messages needed to operate your pass, such as sign-in links.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls that limit each business to its own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will provide additional notice.
